How to export from SAP

  1. Open SAP S4 Production System.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Enter t-code ZPLYMIS.
  4. Click Execute.
  5. Check Material.
  6. Click Select Plant on the top row — select all plants, then select 2S12.
  7. Click Select Period — tick the period you want, click the green ✓, then click Stock or press F2.
  8. Right-click S.LocSet Filter → type FG01 → click the green ✓.
  9. On the yellow ribbon, find Export (3rd from the right) → Spreadsheet. Type a file name or click Export to, then Save in the dialog that appears.
  10. Import that saved file here.
